At Finca Señorío we grow two types of apricot which resist the extreme climate of our land:
Moniqui Apricot: The skin is white with pink hues and it has a delicate feel. The flesh is also whitish, with a sweet and sour balance on the palate providing an exceptional flavour.
Bergarouge Apricot: It is orange with reddish hues, making it easily identifiable. It has more consistent flesh which is very sweet and juicy.
